Accuracy is a process
Corrections policy
Effective August 28, 2026
Report an error
Email privacy@stopover.com.br with “Editorial correction” in the subject. Include the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong or outdated, the correction you propose, and a primary or authoritative source when available.
How reports are assessed
We prioritize issues that could affect entry, health, safety, money, transport, legal access, protected places, or a booking decision. A report may lead to an immediate warning or removal while research continues. We do not replace uncertain information with a new unsupported claim.
What changes on the page
- Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note.
- Material factual corrections should update the page date and explain the substance of the change.
- If reliable verification is unavailable, the disputed detail should be qualified, withheld, or removed.
- A corrected page does not become indexable until every remaining readiness requirement is satisfied.
Privacy
Correction emails are used to investigate and respond to the report. Do not send passports, booking records, medical data, or other sensitive personal information unless specifically necessary and requested through an appropriate secure channel. See our privacy and cookie notice.
